Quanta Computer's record Taiwan GDR offering to 'pave the way' for larger deals

The transaction represents the largest equity transaction in Taiwan since 2005, and the largest GDR issuance ever completed in Taiwan's capital markets.

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Quanta Computer (Quanta), a server assembly partner to Nvidia and Apple supplier, has raised approximately $2.164 billion through a Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) offering.
