Philippines bureau agrees credit sharing with Korean financial group

Filipinos and Korean nationals will be able open bank accounts and access other financial services in the each other's respective markets, using credit records and a API.

CIBI Information, the credit bureau first set up by the country’s central bank, has signed an agreement with South Korea’s JB Financial Group (JBFG) and NICE Information Service to establish a credit linkage system between the Philippines and South Korea.
