Sir Mark Tucker to return to AIA

The outgoing chairman of HSBC is set to start in October to replace AIA's non-exec chairman Edmund Sze-Wing Tse, who is retiring from his position after 60 years at the life insurer.

Hong Kong-headquartered life insurer AIA Group has announced that Edmund Sze-Wing Tse, independent non-executive chairman and independent non-executive director, is set to retire from his position with the company effective September 30, 2025.
