Temasek's Seviora, Nuveen's Churchill close $400m cross-border CFO

Temasek's Seviora and Nuveen's Churchill have closed a $400 million cross-border CFO, splitting exposure evenly between Asian private credit and US junior capital and secondaries strategies.

Seviora Holdings and Churchill Asset Management have closed an approximately $400 million collateralised fund obligation (CFO), a rare cross-border structured credit vehicle bridging US and Asian private capital markets.
