Asian ex Japan issuers have only raised $140 million through 10 deals so far this week, the lowest weekly volume so far this year and down from the $3.0 billion raised in the same period last week.
Despite the lull in issuance this week, YTD volume stands at $203.4 billion, up 17% year-on-year.
The largest deal this week is a $65 million follow-on for China 33 Media Group listed on the Growth Market Enterprise GEM through bookrunners Gransing Securities, Kingston Financial Group and RHB Capital.
