Asia ex Japan issuers have raised a total of $2.7 billion through 23 deals this week, down 17% from the $3.2 billion raised last week via 41 deals.
The largest deal of the week is Chinese A-share private placement by Technology company, Zhejiang Chint Electrics via bookrunner Guotai Junan Securities for $635 million.
Technology leads the Asia ECM volume so far this year with $1.9 billion. This is followed by Real Estate and Professional Services with $1.6 billion and $445 million.
