Wang crosses from Lehman to ABN

The former Inter-American Development Bank CFO has relocated from Washington D.C. for the Beijing-based role.

The China-focused corporate lawyer has joined to bolster A&G’s cross-border M&A and private equity capabilities across China and Southeast Asia.

After over six years with the infrastructure investment bank, Cross will take up a senior leadership role at another institution outside of Asia.

The former Dechert managing partner joins as the US firm continues to strengthen its Greater China transactional capabilities.

Cross was most recently chief financial officer at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in Beijing.
