JPMorgan treasury services transforms to focus on MNCs

Simon Jones is promoted to regional MNC manager to oversee client services for the bank''s large cash and trade customers.

JPMorgan treasury services is re-tooling its client services focus to better meet the needs of its large multinational customer base. Simon Jones who now heads up corporate sales and treasury consulting for Southeast Asia, has been given the extra responsibility of overseeing client services for MNCs on a regional basis. This includes all of their cash management and trade finance needs.

Simon's new role is in line with the bank's client coverage model in Asia -- a model which focuses on enhancing the MNC client's treasury management experience with JPMorgan, says Bruce Alter, vice president of treasury services based in Singapore. This requires close co-ordination and interaction with in-country senior relationship managers...
