Lee will assume the transport coverage left behind by Peter Hilton, who will be focusing on product and research management as the Swiss bank tries to boost its equity franchise in the region. At Deutsche Bank, Lee was head of Asia transportation coverage.

Based in Hong Kong, Lee will report to Ali Naqvi, the bankÆs head of equity research for Asia ex-Japan.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Lee worked as a research analyst at UBS. In 2006, he was elected by an Asiamoney survey as the top transport analyst in Asia.

Meanwhile, Quek's new role puts him in charge of devising overall market strategy, leading a team of 11 sell-side research analysts. On top of that, he will also cover SingaporeÆs media and defense sectors directly. He too will report to Naqvi.

Quek joined Credit Suisse in 1997 and is currently a director of equity research, covering the media sectors in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. He will transfer to Singapore in July.
