Three senior associates have been appointed counsels by international law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP and Affiliates. The promotions follow the firm's policy of upgrading outstanding associates to counsel positions every May 1.
Joining the practice in 2000, Rajeev P. Duggal takes on an augmented role in Skadden's Singapore practice, where he will continue to focus on international finance and MA transactions. At the firm, Duggal has represented issuers and underwriters in US registered and Rule 144ARegulation S equity offerings in the US, Asia and Europe. While at Skadden, Duggal has also represented acquirers and target companies in stock and asset MA transactions.
