Samty sells two investment pools of multifamily assets in Japan for ¥49bn

The buyers of the multifamily assets were sovereign wealth funds and follows the closure of a hotel real estate fund in July.

Samty Holdings, a Japanese accommodation developer, hotel operators and property investment platform, has sold two investment pools of multifamily assets, developed and owned by Samty, with a total value of ¥49 billion (around $330 million).
