Nomura hires ex-Goldman Sachs banker

DK Shin will head the bankÆs global markets business for Korea, based in Hong Kong.
Nomura has appointed DK Shin as head of global markets for Korea with a mandate to expand its business in the country. Shin previously worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a managing director and head of the Korea financing group.

The position at Nomura is a new one, created for Shin by the Japanese bank. ôTo further develop Nomura's Asian franchise, we are expediting cross productbusiness solutions for our clients.
