Baker McKenzie has rolled out a series of promotions in some of its regional offices, announcing seven new members to the partnership as of July 1. The majority of the new partners will be based in Hong Kong, while the firm's offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City will each have one new partner reporting for duty.
In Hong Kong, new partner Dorothea Koo will continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also includes corporate finance transactions, involving both public and private companies, in addition to regulatory advice. Koo is admitted as a solicitor in Hong and England and Wales.
