Linklaters litigator returns to HK

UK law firm adds partner to Hong Kong litigation team.

James Gardner has returned to Hong Kong after a five-year spell in London. The Linklaters' litigator first practised in Hong Kong in 1996-98 and is returning now to work alongside Marc Harvey, head of the 18-strong litigation practice.

Gardner's practice focuses on complex derivatives disputes, contentious insolvency work for investment banks and multi-jurisdictional commercial claims for companies.
