Shell has agreed to sell its Indian renewable energy platform Sprng Energy to Aditya Birla Renewables (ABRen). The outright sale of Solenergi Power Private, the holding company for Sprng Energy, highlights a major strategic divergence between European energy majors rotating capital and Asian conglomerates aggressively scaling their domestic infrastructure footprints.
