Malaysia's Digital Nasional completes $1.27bn Islamic financing

The deal by the SPV is one of the largest syndicated loan facilities arranged for a Malaysian unlisted company and will help expand the country's digital capabilities.

Digital Nasional, a Malaysian special purpose vehicle (SPV), has completed a RM5.2 billion ($1.27 billion) syndicated Islamic term financing. The transaction is among the largest syndicated loan facilities for an unlisted company in Malaysia, according to a media release.
