Hong Kong Fintech Week 2026: Mirae moves beyond pilots with $12.5m Solana issuance

The securities firm plans further tokenised issuances in 2027 as it looks to expand institutional distribution and develop digital settlement capabilities.

Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited (Mirae) has completed a $12.5 million tokenised funding note issuance on the Solana public blockchain, extending its structured note programme into on-chain distribution and signalling a broader push into digital assets.

The transaction involved US dollar-denominated six-month floating-rate notes issued in Hong Kong under the firm's $3 billion guaranteed structured note programme, according to a release.
