Dresdner places head of Asian structured credit products

Maurizio Raffone heads the list of three hires for DrKW''s structured credit business.

Maurizio Raffone has been appointed by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), the investment banking arm of Dresdner Bank AG, as director and head of Structured Credit Products. Based in Tokyo, Raffone will be responsible for all aspects of the bank's structured credit business in Asia Pacific.

 

Raffone joins DrKW from Bear Stearns, where he was part of their European CDO team, previously he worked for Deutsche Bank and CSFB executing transactions ranging from CDOs and other credit derivative structures to asset securitization and principal finance. He will report to Paul Morgan, head of Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific, and functionally to Rick Weinstein, head of Credit Derivative Structuring in London.

Kozue Kanamori joined DrKW London from CSFB in March. Shingo Itoda joined DrKW's Tokyo office from UBS securities in April.
