Clifford Chance hires new Tokyo partner

International law firm Clifford Chance has announced the appointment of Kenji Kawahigashi as a partner in its Tokyo office. Kawahigashi joins its capital markets practice, heading over from Asahi Koma Law Offices, where he was a partner.
