Standard Poor’s Ratings Service has appointed Matthew Bosrock, a former HSBC veteran, as its executive managing director, head of Asia-Pacific ex-Japan.
Bosrock replaces Dominic Crawley, who is returning to the UK to resume his role as global head of SP financial services, sovereign and international public finance practices.
In his new position, Bosrock will be responsible for developing SP’s business across the region including expanding participation in cross-border and local bond markets, and analysing investments.
