DBS Securities gets two new faces: Lim from ABN, Lam from Schwab

Raymond Lim is leaving ABN Amro to take over as managing director of DBS Securities. In Hong Kong, DBS Securities has recruited Josephine Lam as head of retail dealing.
Raymond Lim has left his position as Chief Asian Economist at ABN Amro in Singapore to join DBS Securities as managing director. He replaces Chong Chin Cheong who is moving over to DBS’s private equity group. 

Lim is a highly regarded figure in Singapore’s financial district. Prior to his role at ABN Amro, he held an executive position within Kim Eng Holdings. He is a member of the board of the Singapore Broadcasting Authority and is a member of its finance committee. He also serves on the Public Utilities Board and is an adviser to the juvenile court.
