A roundup of the latest CFO and treasurer moves from around the region.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch appointed Carole Berndt regional treasury executive for Europe, the Middle East and Africa on March 8 following the bank's recent hire of Ivo Distelbrink in a parallel role in Asia. The appointment is part of an international expansion plan at the American institution that includes the development and implementation of an integrated treasury offering. Berndt will play a leading role in delivering an integrated global corporate banking plan in conjunction with her colleagues in other businesses at the bank.
