In the new role Lall will work closely with GTS cash product to ensure the maximisation of trade financing cross-sell opportunities and also provide solutions that increase the returns on balance-sheet usage. She will report to Amita Jhangiani, CitiÆs Asia-Pacific regional trade head.
LallÆs appointment follows several developments in GTS tradeÆs commitment to the supply chain demands of clients. In the past 18 months, GTS trade has launched several products that address the complex needs of clients including accounts receivable financing, credit insurance and distribution financing.

Lall joins Citi from ABN AMRO in London where she was deputy head of global supply chain. Prior to this role, she worked for ABN AMRO in Malaysia and in CitiÆs corporate bank in India.
