Treasury appointments, October 18

A roundup of the latest CFO and treasurer moves from around the region.

China Ground Source Energy: Jeffrey Kim Fui Soo resigned as CFO and executive director of the Hong Kong-based environmental protection and new energy company on October 15. The company has not yet announced his replacement.

Heng Xin China Holdings: The Hong Kong-based wireless digital terrestrial television network equipment company announced the resignation of Tao Chi Keung as CFO on October 11. The company’s financial controller, Clara Kit Sum Cheng, and executive director, Feng Yongming, have assumed Tao’s responsibilities until a replacement is found.

Kenford Group Holdings: Pang Kit Teng was appointed financial controller of the Hong Kong-based electronic health and hair care products company on October 14. She replaced Tse Wun Ying who resigned on the same day. Pang has more than 24 years of accounting, financial and executive management experience. She holds a bachelor and master degree in business administration from York University and the City University of Hong Kong, respectively. In addition, she is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lion Asiapac: The Singapore-based limestone processing, scrap metal trading and electronic component distribution company appointed Ong Yung Wei group accountant on October 12. She replaced Tee Chee Way who resigned on the same day. Ong joined the company from Kinergy where she was finance manager for four years.

Sunmart Holdings: Xue Jianjun will resign as finance manager of the subsidiaries of the Singapore-based spray products producer, Wuxi Sunmart Plastic and Wuxi Sunmart Technology, on October 31. The company has not yet found a replacement for him.

Wee Hur Holdings: The Singapore-based building construction and property development company will appoint Ewe Tuck Foong CFO on November 1. He will replace Phua Chong Boon who resigned as financial controller last month. Ewe will join the company from Antalis where he has been financial controller for almost four years.
