Treasury appointments, December 13

A roundup of the latest CFO and treasurer moves from around the region.

Centillion Environment and Recycling: Dawn Liu was appointed group financial controller of the Singapore-based electronics recycling service provider on December 5. She replaced Chew Sien Lup who resigned as chief financial officer at the beginning of the month. Liu joined the company in July 2009 as financial controller from TMC Education Corporate where she was the CFO.

CFM Holdings: The Singapore-based metal stamping services provider appointed Soo Kok Hwa CFO on December 2. He replaced Tan Kok Wai who resigned as acting group financial controller on the same day. Soo joined the company from Midsouth Technology where he was previously CFO for nine months.

Esprit Holdings: Chew Fook Aun resigned as Hong Kong group CFO of the fashion and lifestyle products designer on December 5. He will leave the company on or before June 1 next year. The company has not yet announced a replacement for Chew.

Innovalues: The Singapore-based precision machine parts and components manufacturer appointed Soo King Teng group financial controller on December 9. He replaced Leow Quek Kian who resigned as CFO on the same day. Soo joined the company in April 2009 as group finance manager from China Auto Corporation where he was senior finance manager.

Shanghai Asia Holdings: Ng Say Than will resign as CFO of the Singapore-based integrated cigarette packaging printing solutions provider on December 15. The company is in the process of searching for a replacement.

Tsun Yip Holdings: The Hong Kong-based engineering waterworks service provider appointed Wu Xu Hong CFO on December 9. She replaced Tam Tsang Ngai who resigned on the same day. Wu holds a double degree from the Communication University of China, which was formerly known as the Beijing Broadcasting Institute.
