Apollo Solar Energy Technology Holdings: The Hong Kong-based solar equipment and toy manufacturer announced the appointment of Li Guangmin as financial controller on December 12. He was appointed an executive director of the company in August last year. Li holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from the Beijing Jiaotong University.
