AsiaInfo-Linkage The China-based telecommunications software and information technology security products and services provider appointed Michael Wu chief financial officer on August 16. Wu joined AsiaInfo-Linkage from iSoftStone Information Technology where he was CFO he replaced Li Wei who resigned on the same day. Wu holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of International Business and Economics, and a masters degree from the City University of Seattle.

Asian Micro Holdings Han Yee Yan resigned as financial controller of the Singapore-based natural gas-related products and services provider on August 16.
