Mitchell leaves ADB for White & Case

The general counsel at the ADB will re-enter private practice by concentrating on trade, investment and financing transactions in Tokyo.
White Case has appointed Arthur Mitchell as senior counsellor with a focus on the Asia region. Mitchell joins the international law firm from the Asian Development Bank, where he has been a general counsel.

Mitchell, who takes up his new role in September, will be based in Tokyo and concentrate on trade, investment and financing transactions in Asia.
