HSBC boosts Japan cash management team

HSBC has made seven new cash management appointments in what amounts to a major commitment to the Japanese market.
HSBC is strengthening its global payments and cash management business in Japan with seven new appointments.

ôThis expansion will enable HSBC to offer its clients an enhanced range of local and global cash management solutions and services through its internet banking platform, HSBCnet,ö the bank said in a statement.

Navin Gupta, head of global payments and cash management, HSBC in Japan, says that the appointments reflect the bankÆs commitment to the Japanese market. He adds that HSBC would be providing, ôtailored cash management solutions through a comprehensive integrated product offering, and would be offering several new services, particularly in the area of liquidity management.
