Deutsche hires structured FX products head

Deutsche Bank has appointed Ray Franzi as Asia-Pacific head of global finance and foreign exchange structuring. Franzi will be based in Singapore and has transferred from Deutsche Bank in London, where he was a director in the global foreign exchange structuring business.

He will report to Clifford Cheah, Asia head of global finance and foreign exchange. Franzi joined Deutsche from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, also in London, where he was responsible for the sale and creation of the bank's foreign exchange structured products.

"The region's currency markets continue to develop at a rapid pace, presenting a range of unique investment and hedging opportunities," says Cheah.
