Philip Morris continues to invest in Sampoerna

Indonesia's Sampoerna plans to splurge Rp2.8 trillion to construct a new cigarette manufacturing facility in West Java.

PT HM Sampoerna, one of IndonesiaƆs leading clove cigarette manufacturers and an affiliate of Philip Morris International, announced Thursday July 27 that it will invest up to Rp2.8 trillion $307.7 million to construct a new, state-of-the-art, full-cycle manufacturing facility in West Java, located in Karawang International Industrial City KIIC.
