Paul Hastings snags Sevack

Former Freshfields partner jumps ship to Paul Hastings Hong Kong.

Global law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky Walker has brought over Joe Sevack to its Hong Kong office. Sevack joins the firm as partner in its corporate department and his practice focuses on sophisticated equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Sevack brings expertise in SEC-registered and Rule 144AReg S equity, high-yield bond, convertible bond, and floating rate note offerings including the global component of Hong Kong stock exchange listed offerings. His practice has included representation of both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including Nasdaq, New York Stock Exchange NYSE and Hong Kong and Singapore stock exchange listings.
