Two new appointments for Allen & Overy

Allen & Overy have promoted Jane Ng to partner in the corporate department in Hong Kong.

Jane NgNg has a wide range experience including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and CMT work both for listed and private companies. She joined the corporate practice of A&O from Slaughter and May in 1996 having been admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1992 and Hong Kong in 1994.
