Apollo Solar Energy Technology Holdings: The Hong Kong-based solar equipment and toy manufacturer announced the appointment of Li Guangmin as financial controller on December 12. He was appointed an executive director of the company in August last year. Li holds a bachelor degree in accountancy from the Beijing Jiaotong University.
ASL Marine Holdings: Iris Ang was appointed chief financial officer of the Singapore-based marine services company on December 15. She replaced Lilian Tan Yin Yen who resigned last month but officially left the company on the same day. Ang joined the company from China Titanium where she was the CFO for nine months.
Changjiang Fertilizer Holdings: Joel Leong Kum Hoe resigned as CFO and executive director of the China-based fertiliser manufacturer on December 15. He was re-designated as a non-executive director of the company on the same day. The company has not yet announced his replacement.
China Medical and Bio Science: The Hong Kong-based bio-livestock feed development and distribution company appointed Lo Wing Hung CFO on December 16. He replaced Irene Tang who resigned on the same day. Lo holds a bachelor degree from the City University of Hong Kong and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of International Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
HSR Global: Leow Quek Kien was appointed CFO of the Singapore-based real estate services company on December 16. He replaced Tang Lay Hoo who resigned the previous day. Leow joined the company from Innovalues where he was CFO for three years.
Manhattan Resources: The Singapore-based coal, oil and gas logistics production services provider appointed Lee Hui Gek CFO on December 12. He replaced Kek Teng Cheong who resigned three days earlier. Lee joined the company in March this year as the group chief accountant from Ernst & Young where she worked for more than 17 years, most recently as a senior assurance manager.
