HSBC appoints Charles de Croisset as executive and John Kemp-Welch as non-executive director.

HSBC Holdings plc has appointed Charles de Croisset as an executive director and John Kemp-Welch as a non-executive director.

The appointment of de Croisset follows the acquisition of Credit Commercial de France CCF. He has been with CCF since 1980, most recently as chairman and CEO.
