Top Image Systems enhances its banking platform with SQN partnership, while 99Bill and VocaLink launch new mobile payments products.

Top Image Systems partners with SQN to enhance banking platform

Enterprise content management solutions provider, Top Image Systems (TIS), has partnered with financial services integrated fraud detection and process improvement products provider, SQN Banking Systems, to enhance its banking solution in Asia-Pacific. Under the partnership, SQN’s fraud detection solutions will be integrated into TIS’ eFlow banking platform.

According to Alex Toh, managing director of TIS for Asia-Pacific, “The collaboration between TIS and SQN Banking Systems in the increasingly important Asia-Pacific region is a positive initiative that enhances the TIS banking platform.”

TIS’ eFlow banking platform automates document-driven business processes on a single enterprise platform capturing, classifying and validating business-critical data from multiple incoming document formats.

99Bill launches new payment solution

China-based independent third-party payment services provider, 99Bill, has launched its new 99Bill+ payment platform. The new platform integrates the company’s existing personnel, products and services to help its clients improve capital efficiency.

“e-Commerce is driving the development of specialisation and cooperation throughout the entire industry chain,” said Oliver Kwan, chief executive of 99Bill. “This will ultimately lower costs and improve the level of service. It has also resulted in the emergence of an open, integrated and coordinated industry ecosystem in which 99Bill is using its technological advantages, in partnership with others in the industry, to develop innovative financial services that can better serve our clients.”

VocaLink launches new mobile payment product

International payment transaction company, VocaLink, has launched its new Multi-Channel Gateway product which allows banks to offer real-time, inter-bank mobile payment services to its customers. The new product works in conjunction with the company’s Immediate Payment solution but will also operate together with services offered by other payment providers.

“The VocaLink Multi-Channel Gateway provides the final piece of the jigsaw that allows customers to initiate real-time mobile payments just by supplying the beneficiary’s mobile phone number,” said Marc Terry, global transaction services managing director at VocaLink.
