Vietnam-based manufacturer, marketer and distributor of cane sugar Bien Hoa Sugar promoted Cong Minh Vo to chief accountant, replacing Hoang Tuan Nguyen, on March 15. He was previously deputy manager of finance and accounting. Nguyen continues working as deputy chief executive of the company.
