Hafary Holdings The Singapore-based tile supplier promoted Jackson Eng Kit Tay to company financial controller on August 24. Tay was the company secretary and was appointed finance manager of Hafary Holdings in June 2009. He will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance operations of the company and will be the point of contact for external auditors and banks.

Kingway Brewery The Hong Kong-based beer producer will appoint Zhou Tao chief financial officer on September 1. He will replace Liang Jianqin who will resign on the same day and be re-designated as a non-executive director.
