Picard the new captain at Starship Lehman

Lehman Brothers has appointed Tom Picard as general manager for Lehman Brothers Singapore and head of South East Asian Capital Markets Sales for Lehman Brothers Asia. As general manager, Picard's responsibilities include the strategic focus and business development of the firms's Singapore operations, working with the senior managers in the region to provide strategic focus and leadership for the regional capital markets activities outside Singapore.
