Paul Hastings has announced the promotion of Huawei Lin to the position of counsel at its Beijing offices, the second lawyer there to gain the title.
Lin brings over 10 years China experience, including practice in the private and public sectors, with a primary focus on foreign direct investment, non-performing loans, real estate and real estate financing in the country.
