Bank of Queensland secured a A$200 million three-year term loan last week via bookrunners ANZ, Chinatrust Commercial Bank, National Australia Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC werethe mandated lead arrangers while Taishin International Bank joined in as participant.

Proceeds are for refinancing existing indebtedness.

Spotlight Property Group signed an A$271 million dual-tranche term loan via sole bookrunner National Australia Bank.
