She will lead a team of eight professionals who will target a range of companies, including multinational corporations, middle-market enterprises, small and medium enterprises, and financial institutions.

"On top of its burgeoning tourism industry, Macau is continuing to develop itself as a centre for foreign trade, logistics, back office and offshore business centres,ö says Iain Taylor, head of market development, global payments and cash management at HSBC Asia-Pacific.

ôWith such positive economic growth, there is a greater demand for corporates and multinationals seeking specialised cash management products and services. ClarissaÆs appointment further highlights our commitment to Macau.ö

Banks and corporates are keen to capitalise on rising investor interest in Macau amid hopes the recent liberalisation of its gambling industry will continue to attract visitors into the territory.
