The equity capital markets held steady this week with $506 million raised via 11 issues. The league table rankings remain unchanged with Morgan Stanley, UBS and Goldman Sachs taking out the top three places.
The $166 million fully marketed deal for China Grand Forestry Resources Group was the largest issue of the week and led by Morgan Stanley. Credit Suisse ran a $150 million convertible for Bumi Resources û the Swiss bank currently sits in seventh place.
Debt Capital Markets
It was yet another quiet week in the debt capital markets with zero trades. Deutsche Bank, Citi and JPMorgan sit at the top of the rankings.
The markets stirred back to life briefly late last week, with Lehman Brothers printing an $88 million trade for Davomas International Finance.
