Asia (ex Japan) issuers have raised a total of $1.2bn through 18 deals this week, down from the $8.3bn raised last week closing the quarter via 44 deals.
The largest deal of the week was a convertible by Rizal Commercial Banking Corp – RCBC for $281m via Credit Suisse and UBS.
Asia (ex Japan) IPO transactions stands at $39.0bn via 360 deals this YTD, reaching the highest volume for the same period since 2011.
Goldman Sachs leads the ECM league table with $11.8bn in 2018 YTD, followed by Citi with $10.2bn and Morgan Stanley is third with $8.6bn.

Debt Capital Markets
Asian (ex Japan) issuers have tapped the international debt capital markets this week for a total of $2.7bn, down 12% from the $3.1bn issued last week ending 1H 2018 via 11 deals
KEXIM priced a $873m €-denominated bond this week via Commerzbank, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse, HSBC & ING
Asia (ex Japan) international DCM volume stands at $186.1bn via 512 deals, the second largest volume on record and the highest number of deals on record
HSBC leads the international DCM league table in 2018 YTD with $15.8bn. This is followed by Citi with $10.9bn and Standard Chartered Bank with $8.7bn.
