Asia (ex Japan) issuers raised $23 million through two deals this week, compared to $7.0 billion raised via 22 deals in the previous week.
The two deals were China’s Huisheng International Holdings’ follow-on for $19 million via bookrunner Kingston Financial Group and Hong Kong’s Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings’ follow-on for $4 million via bookrunner Gransing Securities.
China International Capital Corp leads the ECM league table with $3.6 billion in 2017 YTD. CITIC Securities and Haitong Securities follow with $2.6 billion and $2.5 billion, respectively.

There were no G3 DCM deals in Asia (ex Japan) this week, while 11 issuers tapped the market for $5.0 billion in the previous week.
Total G3 issuance in the region has reached $30.1 billion via 43 deals so far this year, up 63% from the $18.5 billion (36 deals) issued in the same period last year, and the highest YTD level on record.
JPMorgan leads the G3 DCM league table in 2017 YTD with $2.9 billion, followed by Citi and Goldman Sachs with $2.8 billion and $2.6 billion, respectively.
