In our article a few days ago on StarHub's forthcoming syndicated loan, our final paragraphs mentioned that StarHub had been the subject of M&A speculation last year. A company spokesperson contacted us to say that while it had completed a merger with SCV last year, there was little speculation about its controlling shareholders selling.
