There are four new awards categories this year:
Issuer of the Year – Sustainability
Best Venture Capital Deal
Best Sustainable Finance Deal – Corporate issuer
Best Sustainable Finance Deal – Financial Institutions issuer
The final decision will be made by our editorial team and announced on this website in early December.
The period under consideration for these awards is 1 January 2019 to 1 December 2019. For Deal Awards, please include the names of all legal advisors on both sides of the transaction. We will be naming the law firms in the published write-ups.
