Morgan Stanley's Sipahimalani expects more banking M&A

Rohit Sipahimalani, Morgan Stanley's co-head of M&A in Asia, discusses why volumes in the M&A business will close significantly higher in 2006.

What has been the trend in Asian MA volumes during the course of 2006
Volumes over the course of the year have been very healthy with the Asia-Pacific region showing an increase of around 35% in the first nine months of the year. I expect we will close 2006 about 30% higher than last year.
