Crisis may give CLSA's model a lift, says chairman

The chaos on Wall Street over the past week may well see more bulge bracket firms return to a research-driven brokerage model that involves less risk-taking and less involvement of their own balance sheets û much like what CLSA has been doing since it was set up more than 20 years ago, the bankÆs chairman said yesterday.
