Jerry Zhang named managing director of the bank's M&A advisory business.
Responding to heightened demand for its MA services in Asia, Deutsche Bank has appointed Jerry Zhang to a newly created role within its MA division. Effectively immediately, Zhang becomes managing director of mergers acquisitions advisory of global banking for Asia.

From DeutscheÆs Hong Kong offices, Zhang will be responsible for the origination and execution of MA activities in Asia. His role will also include a strong focus on the China market.

Zhang will report directly to Douglas Morton, managing director and head of MA for Asia.
